This property has all the vibes of summer camp…but for grown-ups and kids alike! A gas fireplace keeps you cozy in the winter and your private dock & beach keeps you happy in the summer. It blends rustic charm with the comforts of home, Bayview Cottage is equal parts relaxing and fun!
The Great Escape on Park Point w/ Waterfront Views
BEDS/BATHS
The cottage sleeps up to 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Two of the bedrooms are on the second level, each with a queen bed, closets/walls/ceilings covered with knotty pine and vaulted ceilings with a fan.
Also on the second level is a cozy bonus room with a daybed, recliner, kids size table & chairs, Smart 55” TV, games/puzzles, and knotty pine on the walls with a lower slanted ceiling (bonus room does not have central heat or air conditioning).
The master bedroom is on the main level and includes a king bed with a memory foam topper, long velvet bench with storage, ceiling fan, and ample closet space.
Both bathrooms are on the main level and next to one another. The larger bathroom features a deep cast-iron tub; the smaller bathroom includes a shower/tub.
Booking Terms & Policies
Payment & Fees
We require full payment at time of booking.
Cleaning Fee: $190 (Waived in our low season! May 1st-April 30th)
Security Deposit: A $750 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 7 days after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest.
Cancellations
In the event Guest wishes to terminate their agreement, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable. The refund policy is as follows: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance
There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.
*SNOW REMOVAL*
It snows here. It's very unpredictable but we do have snow removal that will be triggered with a 2" minimum. Please allow up to 12 hours after a snowfall to get out and plow/shovel as necessary. There is a shovel and salt located on the front porch and back deck for your use.
Rental Agreement & House Rules
The agreement must be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking along with a photo of your ID to keep from cancellation.
All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund.

Pet Policy
+ Only well-behaved, housebroken dogs are allowed. Dogs must stay off furniture, but we provide bowls, towels, and doggy bags. Advance arrangements are needed for dog stays, and guests must adhere to local ordinances. We supply dog amenities, but please bring your dog's bedding. One dog under 50 lbs is allowed with a $125 charge. A $125 fee per dog covers cleaning and treatment needs, and guests are responsible for any damages.
